How's Buff Creek with all this rain?

I read that houses in Deckers have been washed away and they specifically mentioned the Hayman fire area... anyone know if Buff Creek is getting hammered with the rain? I hope nothing happens to the trails.

I was down there yesterday morning, rode out of Pine Valley Ranch and the trails where in really good shape. The ground seemed to be soaking up the water nicely. The only issue was on steeper areas where the water flow had created some ruts.
