The scenery pictures are nice and all but the pics of your girlfriend are from entirely too far away!

Take a 4 wheel drive vehicle next time you're down there in the summer. The trails down that way are some of the most scenic, and easiest trails in the state. Engineer Pass, Imogene, Yankee Basin, Black Bear (not easy), etc.

    Nice pics!
    More gauze pads, please hurry!

Looks like a great weekend BZ. Are you going to elaborate some more? After your thread asking about places to go & see... I was expecting a lil' more.

I have yet to get down that way myself. Very interesting terrain.

Oh, J, be in Denver again 9/11-9/14. Falling Rock again? I plan to hit it for some grub and pub the 11th. Need more maggots this time, will post later.

I have business in Denver itself. Pending free time, could maybe drive and meet in between and have a few brews?

I would like to meet the famous Mir as well. You can bring that Blurred guy too if you so desire.

Gotcha on the calender. Send me a PM around that time and we'll meet up for beers. SheRa and Blurred - you guys should come up from Summity County for an evening.

    He doesn't drink beer.

One place in between that I haven't been in ages is Little Bear. Cool joint. Amazing live music that reminds me a little of Austin...

Hmmmm, I like the joint, but it is a good 40 minutes from the Red Lion at Invesco where I will be.

    Keeping it in mind though.

Nice pics BZ. Hope you guys had fun there! Did you get to do any climbing with your gf? Thanks for sharing. The San Juans are one of the most beautiful ranges in CO, and the Black Canyon is inspiring.
