Peopel have told me that Climax mine (mothbolled massive Moly op on Freemont Pass, used to run a ski hill) calls the sherrif on all BC skiers who enter their area ever since some puke trespassed, hurt himself on their land, and tried to sue.

James Peak is at Powder Mountain. This place is even better, and still has some real good freshies all over the place.

The world would be better with the loss of a few dozen TOOLS like that chump.

Until a couple of years ago, that's exactly what you'd get poaching the stuff adjacent to The Canyons. Now instead of shotguns, you're likely to get run down by the same folks on snowmobiles. Crazy red necks.

that's exactly why, among several other important and substanitive reasons,
many chose not to invest in the world class resort known as the canyons.

Damn straight! I'm a dumbass and need someone to pay for it. Take responsibility for my own actions? What are you a canuck, eh?

Tis better to beg forgiveness, then ask permission!

Totally different concept than not asking permission and trying to make the OTHER guy beg forgiveness.
