    Or how about going to the pen sooner when your starter can't throw a strike, cover first base, throw to first base, or field the ball.

    I felt bad for the guy. Complete meltdown and they just left him out there way too long.

    ahh, the mets.

    after coming off what must have been a 17 for 20 streak, they've lost five of their last six..

    I'm used to the mets. nothing surprises me anymore.

    at least we're still way out in first place..

    Thats what playing against the American league will do for you. I'm a huge Mets fan and I have no doubts that they will go deep into the playoffs, but there is no way that the W.S. will go more than five games, the American league is way too tough.
