He looks like a "Buddy" to me, though thats NSR.

In theory, the best dog names (because dogs respond to them the best) have two sylables with different tones or vowel sounds in them. I've noticed this to be true... but them again, my dog is named bear (sounds like there, where, hair, care, etc) and she listens better than most hounds.

Start thinking about mountain names, too. there are lots of cool unique names in them thar hills.

Mountain ranges can be a good source. I had a dog named Bridger once, and still love that name.

It was perfect, and if I ever get another dog I'm going to name him Dog.
I had a dog named DOG too. Years ago. St Bernard and Shepard mix. Cool but weird dog. Had no idea what to name her ... went to buy her a dog bowl for dog chow and found a nice ceramic bowl that said: D O G on it. So, that was her name. D O G. People thought I said deogi or something like that and would ask if that was a Japanese name. True story. Dog is a fine name for any dog.

As you can see, he has lots of Yellow Lab in him....but obviously has something else mixed in...not quite sure what. None the less, he needs a name. Mrs. JC and I are both snow advocates, so we would like to keep it snow related.

I'd like to hear some suggestions....might have to make this the unnofficial TGR puppy mascott.

Names that are out...as in no effin way:
Atomic, Salomon, Lange...etc. etc. The gear names just aren't sticking. Also have ruled out most resort names like Jackson and Alta. Thought about Ullr or Splat, maybe even A.J. Kitt but just couldn't do it.

    On the block:
    Powder (Pow for short)

And, uhhhh......that's about the extent of my creativity. Gotta give this poor thing a name and I don't want it to be super cheesey.

DOZER That name fits him/her perfectly

That's a fine looking dog. He looks like he ate a pen with that Chow-influenced tongue of his. So if it were me, tonight I'd call him Inky.

Well, judging by the pattern on his tongue, he looks kinda like a map of the world, therefore call him Atlas.

if he likes beer! name him: Nobis!
if he likes pizza! name him: Ak Powder Monkey!
Scientists now have decisive molecular evidence that humans and chimpanzees once had a common momma and that this lineage had previously split from monkeys.
