    IPW snowpack beta request

    I know I start threads like this every week, and get few responses (understandable this time of year)....

    anyway, my roomate and I are gonna go skiing tomorrow....

    where is unclear though....


    I suck and dont have AT boots and am not in the mood for 10 miles+ round trip....


    so, how is the snow up there? was at rollins 2 weeks ago, and it was starting to get douched.....whats still good?

    Sundance Bowl - Trailridge - RMNP might be your best bet.

    It looked from afar on Saturday like it might be just discontinuous in the middle, but a quick dismount is doable. Looked like still a good 1700' or so.

    Kya and I are heading up to do a late afternoon>sunset ski tomorrow. You are more than welcome to join in. Bringing the barbeque and some beers. Will be laid back, so nothing too gnar. Thinking one of the higher passes, easy access, minimal hiking sort of thing. Hit me up with a pm if interested.

    thanks for the invite, but im out....we did Toll this morning, 4 hours round trip, but didnt climb to the very top cause the snow was complete crap....like 12 inch deep sun cups and melt ridges and shit....too bad though, cause it froze way solid last night and climbing was a breeze
