two nights ago at the climbing gym. Was trying big 540's and starting to try front flips(if anyone here works at the climbing gym I go to, I 100% deny doing flips on the line on the slackline, landed from about 7 feet up with two completely straight legs after slutting it for the camera for my photography project for school, and hyperextended both legs. My right leg can bear weight(but does not have full range of motion) but the left cant. Ive got a small tear in my meniscus that will heal without surgery, and a bruised patella but Ill be out of commission until January. Orthopedist says Im lucky. 99 times out of 100 when he sees a young(24 yo) male with this amount of fluid and tenderness in his knees its an ACL or MCL or PCL tear and I should be thankful to be able to ski this season and to not need surgery. Oh well, at least early season is sucking so Im not missing much yet...

This one's pretty damned funny.... if you look closer.

Here's from a warm spring day last season at Mammoth. I ate it about 2 seconds later.

Not so ironically, that was in one of the Wipe Out chutes.

You're gonna stand there, owning a fireworks stand, and tell me you don't have no whistling bungholes, no spleen spliters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker donts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistling kitty chaser?

He came hurtling in from the down left on the photo, and he javelined his skitips somehow right before he hit it. Result: Solid faceplant. I think it's a beautiful picture.
