There's companies specifically designed for this, called SEO companies
If you search, there are other recent threads like this one about search engines.
If you have a problem & think that someone else is going to solve it for you then you have two problems.

I don't think it's that easy to get your website at the top of the list (or near the top). I know my brother does this kind of thing for a living (together with some other web related stuff). Send me a pm with what you need exactly and I'll check with him what would be possible.
an important thing with google is how many other sites link to your site, which is why you get all those random people spamming blog comments etc

If it's all flash, or 99.9% of the text is in graphics, it's not SEfriendly. Do you have crazy long URLs from a dynamic programming platform? that's not gonna help either.
