    FS: 190 Volkl Explosivs

For sale: 190 Volkl Explosivs, with spiffy K2 "Big Kahuna" topsheet -- the purple and blueish skis in the photo below, second from the right. Bases were recently ground and edges are sharp. Some base damage that has been repaired prior to my ownership -- repairs look professional, and with the newish base grind, the bases look damn good. The usual topsheet chips and scratches. No delams, not bent. Drilled for bindings 3X. Currently have Salomon S900 bindings mounted on the skis (316mm boot), as shown in the pic.

*** Extra bonus gnar points*** -- the bindings are purple to match the skis.

$200 for skis and bindings. Located in Reno.

The neon yellow Explosivs in the photo are not for sale.

Not such a good idea to leave your email address up there like that. Better to mask it from automated spiders kinda like foo 'at' bar 'dot' com instead of foo@bar.com.

Isn't it just as easy to look for a character sequence word+"at"+word+"dot"+com/net, etc?

it's all text...it's just a bit more programming.

any time there's a "dot" followed by com/net/edu, etc., grab the stuff before it. just a tad extra parsing and, voila!

I guess it depends on how the spiders are programmed. I would usually append other characters, like you sometimes see NOSPAMfoo "at" bar "dot" com. Or sometimes people reverse it moc "dot" rab "at" oof. Squatch's suggestion is best, though.

agree with you 100% (re PMs & appending other stuff). not appending anything other than substituting "at" for @ & "dot" for "." (which i see people do) doesn't offer much protection.

I wondered why everyone did that. I'm not too interweb savvy.

    bored at lunch...

thinking that "feeding" spam spiders with stuff like

    blowme@spaamersuck.com

would be fun if enough folks were to do it... might it not cause muchos bounces at casa de spammer's ISP?

Considering that most of the spam I get has been sent to every likley name @myISP I don't think teh bounces matter much to them. Plus, sometimes they will fake the from, so the the bounces to go someschmoe@schmoenet.org. It's alwasy fun recieving 500,000 your message to: venessa was bounced blah blah blah
