Yesterday F Range Fred, Tina, Kyle, Lyle, Don and I set out to boat every section on the Clear Creek from Idaho Springs to golden, a distance of 26 miles. We rocked along, but a late start forced us to pull out at Rigo because it was way dark by then.

Our group swelled to 8 at one point, but we were down to 4 by the end. I had never run the Kermits to Black Rock put in before and it was surprisingly fun.

We were on the water 3.5 hours to go 23 miles. I think that 4.5 hours would do it for running every drop with scouts and safety. This trip was a blast and is great now that the flow is high. Be safe and have fun.
