Anyone know anything about transferring mini dv from pal to ntsc?

I have some tapes for a movie that are in PAL. I need to transfer them to ntsc to edit them and vice versa. However I can not compremise quality.

Anyone know how to do this without losing the quality?

    Thanks

    dv tapes recorded in PAL?

Don't you have an NLE that will edit PAL?

If so, you can edit, then render to 29.97fps for NTSC.

    Non-linear-editing: Your editing software.

You should be able to render it to NTSC when you're done editing.

Send them to me, along with tape stock for the dubs. I'll do it in the slow hours and send them back to you. How many tapes?
