Thinking of staying on Fremont Street for something different.
I've stayed at Luxor, Mandalay and Circus Circus.
Thanks!

The Rio.
The price has gone down with all the New stuff.
Fremont Street is ok room wise but the people get a little rough down on that side of touwn.
Second on the Hard Rock. Can get great rates on hotels.com sometimes, and the beds are comfy as hell. (or seem that way when I'm plastered).
Plus, you've got a killer sushi joint and the Pink Taco downstairs. I can't stop thinking about the Pink Taco.
Do a quick search. We covered this not too long ago.
I would advise against staying on Freemont St -- I have stayed in that part of Vegas before and I spent most of the time wishing I was on the strip instead.
It's different, but not in a way I would describe as "better".
Werd. Third on the Rock and lovin' pink taco. Nice candy at the pool and I don't mind being off the strip/away from Freemont.Originally Posted by Pope Benedict XVI

The HR pool is where all the strippers from across the street "are forced" to sun themselves.

Points on their own sitting way up high
if yr into hanging witht eh tweakers and homeless on fremont st, hit the golden nugget. hard rock blows imo, though the rehab pool party is nice for eyecandy.
No question, STAY AT THE HARD ROCK!!! I once had a beer w/Bon Jovi at the center bar...the energy is very high at the HR.
I know it isn't on Fremont street, but I have always liked the Tropicana. Great location, awesome pool, and good prices.
Keep it unclipped

I was just in Vegas last weekend. I didn't stay there, but a couple other couples we were with stayed at Bally's and were really impressed. I guess the rooms are nice and it was one of the cheapest major Strip hotels. The location is very central, too.
at one point i was given a pent house suite at the mirage for free, if you have the funds that was fantastic
