    Help removing TIME pedals

I have a pair of ATAC XS on my bike that I am replacing with some clipless platforms

The previous pair of Times I had came on and off with a 6mm wrench. These pedals look to have the same mechanism, but it also looks like they can be removed with a pedal wrench as well...

I cannot for the life of me get these freaking pedals off. I think the previous owner superglued them on.

    one side is reverse threaded....

try both the 6mm and the 15 or 14mm threads.

if they are too stiff, remove the cranks from the bike, put in a vise and get a long cheater bar for more power.

or a 6 pack to your LBS

    LEFT side is reverse thread.

    RIGHT side is threaded normally.

Take a piece of tubing/pipe 2-3 feet long. Slide it on to the pedal wrench and gently turn the pedal. You can also apply some chain lube where the pedal meets the crank and hit the pedal axel with a rubber mallet. No need to hit it very hard. Good luck.
