I think the South base tends to get pretty scary... the gondola line tends to get pretty long as well... at South, it is pretty easy to slink up in line by going single. Doesn't work as well at the Vernon peak for the cabriolet. I like taking a lot of laps at North (a.k.a. "Granite Peak)... but not much is open right now, so variability is pretty much non-existant.
there's a race there this sunday so the bear peak chair over at south might get crowded, but that is generally much less crowded then the south peak chair...granite peak rarely gets crowded and north is filled with snowboarders who just loop the park the whole day... my recomendation is either south, bear or granite peak...i'll be racing on bear peak sunday...
