I know the first generation Dynafit heels looked something like that and had a very primitive release function. Can anyone read that language? Italian?
I think that's a custom made item. Not sure though. V61?
Those are after-market heel units made for rando racing.
Earlier Dynafit bindings adjusted vertical release by swapping in different little plates, rather than turning a screw, but otherwise looked very similar to the current generation of TLT Speed/Classic heels.
