    Canon EOS Rebel G SLR

    Canon EOS Rebel G SLR

    Body
    Standard Canon Lens 35-80mm
    Wide-Angle Tamron 19-35mm
    Telephoto Tamron 75-300mm

Used, but all in good shape. Lots of soft cases to go with, and one hard case for the telephoto.
Might need a cleaning, but still shoots great. I've just stopped using it (have a digi, occasional shooter at best anyway).

    Make an offer/post with interest.

    Canon Stuff

    Hey,

I have a "friend" that might be interested in the Canon gear. How much are you looking for?

    Thanks,
    Grant

Yoss Might be interested, what kinda cash are you looking for the whole setup? Not sure if I can swing too much, but looking to get more into Photography and this just might be the way.

I dunno, not looking for anything close to what I paid, the stuff has been used after all. To be honest, I don't really know what it's worth anymore. I remember that the wide-angle was $250, but I can't speak for the rest. I've got no price agenda - I'd like to see it all go to someone that will get great use out of it, and I'd like to get myself some reasonable money back in the meantime.

Maybe $200 for the whole bundle? $300? $400? I really have no clue.

I'll look around online and see if I can figure out what current retail looks like. If my price is laughably low or high, maybe you could let me know.

Don't have any gear needs right now, so I *am* looking for cash, and I don't have a job right now, so I *am* always looking for "more," but beyond that, I've got no hidden min price or anything. Someone help me figure out a fair price, and I'll be happy to sell it for that.

Lowest discounted prices I found for NEW:

75-300 Tamron $120 (damn good deal!)
    19-35 Tamron $190

    Prices found for USED:
Canon EOS Rebel G $100 ("very good") - $200 ("like new")

    So, I'll say around ($120+$190)/2 + $100 = ~$250

So, $250 + shipping seems like a reasonable asking price. If bidding ensues, I'll happily take more. I'll go clean it all up a bit and snap a couple shots with the digi if you like.

Here we go (bigger image can be found in galleries here):

From front to back, left to right:

Two packs of Energizer Lithium 123 Batteries (2 pk)
Canon EOS Rebel G Body with original strap
    3 rolls of 36exp Velvia 100
    Canon 35-80mm (standard) lens
    Tamron 19-35 wide angle lens
    Tamron 75-300 tele lens
Lowepro Topload Zoom 1 bag (beaten up)
    Tamrac soft bag with strap
    Konica hardcase

The body and standard lens were bought...shoot, maybe seven years ago? Eight? Hell, it could be ten by now. I'm getting older. I've had them for a while, but never really shot much. Then, a few years back, when I moved to Bend, OR, I started shooting a little bit here and there, and picked up the telephoto lens next. So, that would be about four years old now. The wide angle came last, got that in the last season I was in Oregon, which was two seasons ago now. So, two years old for that one.
The batteries are pretty new, and the film, sadly, wasn't kept exclusively in the fridge while my life went in and out of storage over the past year, but was in a cool dark storage unit in the basement of a new apartment building, so it's probably good for experimentation.

The computer in the background stays with me.
I'll see if I can double check specs (Aper, etc) and I'll inspect for any defects (and if anyone wants a shot of anything else in detail let me know), but so far as I know, everything is in working order.

Price includes everything here, bags, batteries, etc.

Oh also, there's probably a UV filter or two on one or two of those lenses. They go with as well, obviously.

I might be into picking up just the wide angle lens(19-35) if someone wanted the camera cheaper. Btw, I have a newer version, EOS Rebel Ti. It`s a great SLR and very user friendly.

That might put this in my price range if Col Surfer takes the lens (plus I'm in Boulder, so I could negate shipping. If Yoss is down I'll check my finances and might be in.

Yeah, let me know. I paid just under $400 for my Ti w/35-80 & 80-200 lenses, so if you can get it under $200 w/ all those accessories, sweet deal!

I don't mind splitting if all pieces are pre-claimed. I just don't want to sell piecemeal, bit by bit.

I leave Boulder tomorrow, so unless we can work something out tonight I'd be out.

so, work it out! I can swing by Boulder tomorrow AM if needed.

Don't understand what's left? You guys see my pricing - if one of you buys that wide for $95 + shipping, and the other buys the rest for $155 + shipping, then I'm happy.

Am I holding this up in some way that I missed?

I can do $60 for the wide lens. I see them occasionally for that on the bay.

Right now, the only solid offer I've gotten is from MBS on behalf of his friend, $175 shipped for the whole deal. I'd really like to get more than that for this, I suppose $200 + shipping at the bare, bare minimum...

Anyone? Bueller? I mean, so far as I can tell, $250 is pretty darn reasonable, but I'll consider lower if that's all the interest there is. Or perhaps I'll just eBay it and let the masses set the price...

I`m still in for the wide lens if anyone wants the rest. Upcoming camera swap in 2 weeks in Anchorage, so I might find one there.
