i am 6'1 155 and im 5. I rode on the 05 pe this year and want a fatter ski but still can hold on groomers. I am an agressive skier and mainly do off piste hucks rather than park. i ski mainly lift accessed off-piste. and sometimes some backcountry. about to buy the 171 scratch ... if anyone has anything to say do it fast so i dont blow 400 bucks....

This one day I borrowed my friends skis (193 Nordica Blower) which are stiffer, fatter, and way longer than my 176 Gotamas. They blew my mind. Go long skis!

I went from a 178 Volkl G30 to 189 Pistols, best decision I ever made. You'll be amazed the added stability you gain at speed by going longer.
BTW, I'm a little taller, but have eaten one or two or 70 more sandwiches than you.

shit no u guy have convinced me into buying longer sticks,, but i was gunna buy them form evogear cause they were selling the 171 for 400 but thats ...all they had soo now ive gotta start looking again. UNless u guys kno of some good deals
