    Utards - DP this week?

Or is it just to fuggin hot? Wouldn't mind some corn in the morning before work, but if everything is just depth-rot I will definitely stick to the bike and dirt.

It is 49 degrees F at the Germania weather station right now (8 AMish).

Better pump up the bike tires. Damn warm nights
    Keep it unclipped

Am I the only one who reads DP and thinks double penetration rather than dawn patrol?

Every time I saw that thread title I had to remind myself to elevate my mind from the gutter.

I'm praying for colder temps and some smoove corn. Thinking of hitting Alta tomorrow at sunrise - at least to scope things out before it snows again. I'm still holding out for a June pow day.

Wolf Creek Pass opened last week. Only up to MP 20 on MLH ~Cobblerest. Hard to imagine a powder day with weather like this.

Red butt to dry creek (still running a lil), bobsled (still running a lil) over to city creek, back up and over shoreline down dry creek (still running a lil ) for lunch today. Hadn't ridden shoreline back from city creek in awhile. Fyuggin nice panorama-lama-ding-dong of the Wasatch. Hot.

Saw a guy with a long board skateboard almost at the top - I said "right on brah", eventhough I was wonder WTF.

I could use some snowboarding, DP isn't to good for spring backcountry... Lookin forward to sum mo turns

    JR (and all others),

it is just too damn warm up there right now
i dp'd sunday a.m. and the re-freeze was only an inch or two thick with slush underneath

i've been up at the bird the last two days for training and it hasn't re-froze at all; so much so that they bombed the south side of the rode for a good hour this morning

summer is here; go high or go biking

Smart man. After all day Sunday, I was mellow on Monday and paid the price. Headaches and dehydration. Although In-N-Out Double Double helped ease the pain. But the headaches and dehydration were there again yesterday and the record breaking heat while driving across Nevada didnt help at all. The fact that Cali was still sick just made things that much worse. Nothing like being hungover and having to stop and clean up dog vomit in 100 degree heat to really make your day

    Sounds painful Prof!

Oh and Xover thanks for the beta...that's about what I figured Skinning sounded easier and more fun than pedalling my 40-lb bike uphill, sigh.
