    Clinton Fearon - Vision

The only Clinton I want in '08. Just smooth, irie, timeless, rootsy chants here. Nice horns throughout and who can possibly grow tired of Clinton's soothing voice? Putting on quite a few Seattle & BC area shows lately. PNW mags might want to check him out.

    Groundation - Hebron Gate

This album features Don Carlos & The Congos. I really like Harrison Stafford's voice. It is very unique. I think you either love it or hate it (ala Rush-Geddy Lee). I love it! If you like roots reggae I believe you'll like Groundation. I have most of their albums in heavy rotation.

John Brown's Body - This Day

This album is one of the best all time roots reggae albums out there (in my opinion). Another lead singer with a very unique voice. I had this album stuck (literally) in my 6 disc changer for over a year before before I finally had enough. If you like horns they've got 3, trombone, sax, and trumpet. Check em out! All of their albums are good but this is the best.

On a big Hawaiian reggae kick lately. Three Plus, Ekolu, Fiji, BET. Can't get enough. Know any other HA reggae artists I should check out?
