I didn't even realize, I sat down at your table for a late lunch, met your dog and talked to you. Didn't have a clue it was you.
You may have met MTT who was definitely rocking the Legend Pros today

Sinecure was in the snowboarder Mad Cow (After math)

Of course conditions did not suck

    Then there was the band.

And some afternoon sun and suds

    Next time Irul....ask for change.

The Mad Cow race was won by this guy who took a straight line under the chair, but had no tuck at all.
They are racing for a season pass, and the odd style is to slow down enought to catch the pass hanging on the finish gate.

Once again, it appears you were standing right next to me.

I saw the winner practicing going FAST down the face (moguls) as I was going up summit, 45 min before the race. That line was obviously fastest, assuming you don't crash.

I finished about 10th from last (unless there were some really slow skiers) - there were, what, 25 or so skiers? Next year...

mad cow was crazy. Watching the guy go down the face was insane. I especially love the pic of me drinking a 40 of mickeys on the deck....that is classy.

mad cow was defintily one of the most fun times this weekend, and doing it with a pulled calf was even more fun, it was priceless when i limped over to the registration and the guy asked, "are you was serious?" Oh, and liquid courage before the race was key!

Three fundamentals of every extreme skier, total disregard for personal saftey, amphetamines, and lots and lots of malt liquor......-jack handy

Question for you: if you could pick between being the top scientist in your field, or having mad cow disease, which would you choose?

Oh, good- I was afraid you'd pick Mad Cow. I'm just a worrier; that's why my friends call me Whiskers.

I thought people called you whiskers because you're curious like a cat?

The Mad Cow was a blast. I finished somehere around 6th. Once it was obvious I wasn't going to win, I had to back way off. I didn't bother telling my mother about the race when I spoke with her today. I don't think she would have enjoyed knowing I was dumb enough to try this just 8 months after a broken hip. doh!

Sinecure, I had no idea you were working with a broken hip. My objective was to avoid that corn rooster tail you threw at 50+ MPH at the bottom of each run.

    Damn hard boot one-plankers.
