    looking to buy new skis....

im looking to be some skis but not sure what to buy.. I am now riding on K2 Public Enemy 169. I am looking for more of a powder ski, but also a ski that can handle some groomers on a non pow day. I am 6'-6'1...about 160. Any recomandations??? looking for around $300-$500....And also binding recomendations?

169s are too long for you. Go a bit skinner in the 155-160 range. Trust me.
    Drive slow, homie.

at 160? you generally want something that is about the same length as your weight. 159-163ish.

No way. You are 6'1, 169 is way too long for you. Marshal back me up on this one.

Search for "the claw." Sweet ski, made in a 159cm. 3 inches of lift. Perfect.
    Drive slow, homie.

174 sucks for non-pow days. alot to swing through bumps/trees/spinning.

plus, longer length is not more stable at speed. the shorter skis mean less mass that will get defleced and bounce around.

I need help finding the right skis too!

Didn't realize the weight = length though, now I don't know what to do.

I'm 5'7" and 250lbs. What would be right for me? Over 200cm?

If i lose weight will I have to change lengths again? I know I'm a couple lbs heavy, but I'm not really fat, I just have a wide build.

Seriously though the b4 that iggyskier is selling would be dope as long as you aren't looking to ski switch that often. And if you want to hit the park up your pub enemy would work very well.

Dude- what the hell is up with all those other skis- they look like you made them in your garage. Hoenstly- couldn't you scrounge up some money for some salomons or something?

For each leg? I did notice skis are getting much fatter and I thought this might help my stance and cut down on the chafing.
