Rehab is for quitters
And I want to quit being a couch potato. As far as I'm concerned, next ski season starts now.
Next week I should be able to bear weight on my leg again. What sort of excercises should I be doing to help prevent injuries next year. I'm thinking strenght training with emphasis on the core, as well as lower body plyometrics. Plus lots of biking, and swimming if possible.
Does anyone know of a good Plyometric workout? I'm sure some of you ex-racers are well versed in this. How often should they be done? I'm thinking 2X weekly?
