CS: I don't know if you're into trying to get your photos published, but your shots belong in mags. I know it's been said before but every time you put up a new batch, I'm reminded.

I made him submit to our catalog so we'll see if he gets anything published in our November book

Backcountry.com. I'll be making the final call w/ my sr. designer on photo selection but I have to be all impartial about it so we'll see.

otter is always a strong contender as well.

p.s. those doubles in the vid are long since gone...it's just the woodwork that still exists.

Thanks for taking those photos. They look awesome. To bad I didn't make the last stunt. you should have seen your face though. White as a ghost. The look on your face said( I just bought that new flash and Lloyd just killed it). I am glad that no bodies or equipment was broken.

Yeah, I was trying simulatneously to be concerned for you after the wreck and for my flash to not fall over. I think my greater concern at the moment was for the flash. Sorry man. But, I just heard from Nikon that it's going to be around $130 (ouch) to fix the one that fell, so my concern is now justified. Tanner tonight yo!

Thanks dood! Fuck that Mammoth trip sounded like so much fun, but part of that would have been the players (Arty, lph, and CS are super fun peeps to travel with, and I can only imagine that the rest of the bunch would be cool too.)

It was requested I wear something more slut-worthy. I guess the hawaiians just didn't stand out enough.


Anyways, here is one more Empire shot, and then some non-biking shots from a little trip otter and I did up to the base of Timp.





Otter decided to build a fire, which subsequently filled the whole hut with smoke.




But, some of the smoke actually made it out the chimney, which we discovered looked kinda cool when back-lit. (just beware the shadow-ghost of otter-man)




A nice view of the Heber Valley out the front door. Otter can't decide if he wants to check it out or lay down and contemplate life.




Or was that check out the view or listen to tunes? Eh, whatever.

On the way back we came across some flowers and streams and such.










It was fun to get out and shoot something besides biking. Great company and a great location. And now that my legs are killing me from the hike, it helped me realize that yes, I am out of shape. Oh well, back to the biking for me. I st next Monday anybody?
