I know I have seen at least 100 top shelf pic's here this year. Can I search by Photo links? I have not had the time to go throught 10% of what has gone down this year. Also if a pic is here does that mean it was not published?

Summit: can we see a version of the pillow line photo with the background in color rather than black & white? Just curious how it looks.

I like all of these shots, but I have to nominate this one by Grizz because you can tell that this skier and the guy who hit it before him absolutely ripped the shit out of this:

Thanks. I do like the black and white version. Let's face it: it's a busy image. Desaturating the background makes Blurred stand out more and I'm sure that's what you were going for.

    Pow-Astro
Huckin’-either Tyrone or this one of Wilson (not sure if it abides by the rules though)

First let me say that the quality of photographs here are unparalleled. The stoke this year has gotten me through some of the darkest days of my life, thanks to all you guys for posting world class TR's. My wife and I are hoping to be able to get west of the Mississippi for an extended trip and it would be an honor to ski with as many mags as we can.

After pouring over all photos, the one that just screams stoke to me is...

    Blurred's pillow line.

Ok - let me preface this by saying I have no publication related knowledge whatsoever - but judging by the quality of the photos on this board it seems that one could easily produce a calendar based on mag pics alone. All profits could go towards a charity of mag choice...I dunno, just a thought. And yes I realize that there would be some obvious hurdles here (i.e. some pics belong to professional photogs)

Anyways I am having a helluva time deciding on the best photo. My favorite would prob be the Pyramid shot, followed by TS. For sheer photo quality, Astro does some incredible work.

I think the idea of categories is a good one.

If we go w/ one overall, I vote for Blurred's pillow line.
