bzzzzt! West Coast, I only pretend to be in another time zone to justify drinking this early. Why do you think in comes in citrus flavour?

huh, see I don't really care for the flavored vodkas, it doesn't do much for me. Now, homemade vodka liquers...that stuff I have trouble avoiding. Unfortunately (fortunately) the best of the best of that comes from my FIL and is made from their cherry tree so it is extremely expensive to get and only ever available in small quantities

Although it's mmmmmm good, I have no patience to "grow my own " vodka
I tried the cannibis stuff once and the bong blew up in my face.

There is a Russian Samovar here near my work, ACE took me there the first time actually, where they make all their own flavoured vodkas.

Seriously kidding about the hot chocolate, though as a youngster I did mix that up not understanding what goes with what liquor-wise. It makes a truly horrid syrup, don't drink it unless you want to puke!

Morners are a wiser way to start the day.

Pffft.... You're all rookies (except for LB and Woodsy, because the homemade flavored's are the best.) For the original flavored Wodka look no further than Zubrowka.

BTW Woodsy- I believe very close to there is a place called the Russian Vodka Room (RVR is quite close to Times Square, if you know where that is). RVR get's the lemon boy and russian seal of vodka approval and the food is good and reasonably priced. Carafes of razzy come in cute heart shaped carafes on ice and it is very good razzy.

what is wrong with flavored vodka. Most of the time, there is a little less % of booze in it, so you can wander around all night with a fifth and be a-ok.

It is DIRECTLY across the street from the Samovar and has "Russian Vodka Room" with an odd masonic type symbol and "Attitude Adjustment hour" carved in granite on the wall outside.
    They may share flavoured Wodka.
The place is kinda freaky though in a "everybody looks up when you walk in and if you dont look like you just stepped out of the Russian mob circa 1989 then they just keep staring"
I think I need the right crew for that place, and i dont mean Summit County or Cupcake crew.

I thought that was the case. My plan to give you an entree into the RVR is uncondusive to the presence of a girlfriend.

Plan B- just buy an addidas track suit and some Gators and you'll be good.

In the jars, brewing right now:
    currant (3 liters)
    elderflower (2 liters)
    Alpine (white) strawberry (2 liters)
    Quince (half liter)

Mmm. Memorial Day should be fun.

Hoping my Swedish friend gets his cloudberry one over for next ski trip.
