    Where was your Training Grounds?

    Where did you learn to ride?

    I have to give most of the credit to Tyrol Basin, WI. That and a few summers at Mt. Hood.

    Now that i live out west, i will probably never, ever ski back east again except to teach my kids how to ski in like 20 years.

    as a wee lass: Killington and other North Jersey Hills edited to say: Vernon Valley, Bitches! 10 minutes from my place of birth

    as a teen: Copper, Keystone and small southeast hills

    present day: Mammoth & June Mountain

    I 2nd SS. It seemed like the shit when I was growing up. We used to just lap Stowe before they started letting skiers in the park.
