    why is it so expensive?

I was looking at last years salomon gun lab the other day, and noticed how expensive they were. At half off, they are still $575. This seems like a great ski, but it is so much money! Is there any reason? Are next years labs that replace the pocket rockets going to be the same price?

    thanks

There won't be any gun labs next year. There'll just be the Salomon Gun. In the gun line, you will find what is last years gun lab. It has all the same dimensions but with a different graphic.

You can find details on it here ..... well some. its all in japanese.

It will be out for the same money as last years Gun.

The only reason to get last years gun lab over next years gun in 188 is which graphic you prefer.
Semper in Pulveris .... Only the depth varies

I don't know why Gun Labs are so expensive.
Here is a link to and a quote from a previous thread:

I just dont want to buy the ski now, and then see it for cheaper next year. Are these things durable? If I did end up buying it, they would be my AT/Powder ski, so I would like them to last.

You should by some 188 Bro's. Better ski! Same price.

That is a fine point... but what is the wait on the bros?

edit: they dont come until oct. The backcountry season starts this week, and I need something to mount my fritschis to.

    thanks for the help
