Battle of the Fluff (PART II)

Well, since slip hasn't posted this over here, I'll do the duty for the stoke. This was the storm at Bridger where we got 100" of cold smoke in 5 days

You can find the whole enchilada over HERE

And for those that didn't see the first one, here you go, have at it!

    100 inches!!!

    That´s unbelievable.

Why the hell Europe doesn´t get any snow these days...?(remembering January-February 1999...it was almost like that)

No wonder there was this one guy from MT searching for 200cm skis with 120mm or something waist...oh well

I'm telling you, you would have wanted them too!

I also need a bit more surface area to distribute mass, trust me.

I believe Sölden has a Glacier...so, you´ll be fine, there´s at least some snow all year.

It's all so relative...but what I´ve been checking it hasn´t been that goog in the Alps yet this year. But usually it starts snowing by the end of January.

Fez: I totally believe you. I think on all that (light) snow you would still probably sink a bit. I guess even snowboarders would (and get stuck even worse that the skiers in those pictures... )

Although the snow's nowhere near as light as that Montana cold smoke, the Southern French Alps are getting a real pounding right now. If you can get it together, next week in La Grave could well be epic.

I'm a computer science student, only reluctantly in the school of engineering.

They do still make me take physics though.
