    New job on Tuesday

Keystone is closing and I have to say that I've had one of the happiest times ever there. The other instructors have been like a family and the kids have given my life some important meaning. I am so sad to see it end.

On the bright side, I'm heading over to A Basin to work part time for the rest of the season. I'm taking a pay cut, but I'll get a paid breakfast. Last year working at A Basin was pretty sweet and hopefully there'll be a lot more good times.

So when you guys are getting soused on the beach, gimme a shout out - I'll be riding the Molly Hogan.

Right on SheRa, with an attitude like that, no matter what you do it'll be beaches and getting soused all day long. Keep kicking it!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Good perk, I like it!

Thanks for the props, I really appreciate it. I had my final review yesterday and got really high marks and props from my supervisor, so I'm feeling pretty good about it all. According to the records, I taught 475 kids how to ski and that doesn't count the school and church busses from Denver. Some people have said I'm wasting my talent, but I just can't agree. I've got this idea in my head that I'm promoting world peace through skiing.

I absolutely adored my sports coaches when I was a kid and when I hear somebody yelling "Coach Mir, Coach Mir!" it really gives me warm fuzzies. I guess it's a Texas thing.

It's sooooo good to love your job, despite the pay. It's even better that you get paid to ski!

Mir- I think pretty much everyone that has met you knows of the passion you have for skiing. So cool to see you passing it on to the lil' rippers, and enjoying it so much at the same time.

Nice thought. Kids are the future of our sport, by passing your passion on to them you are promoting that future.

Wow - Keystone actually reported 6". My last day there and I've got level 5 skiers. We'll be looking for powder shots in the woods all day today.
