So I'm thinking of selling my little XC bike. Not in any hurry, and it is nice to have an extra bike to loan out in the meantime. BUT, the thing is I won't really spend much time riding it this summer, if any. Torn, but perhaps time to lighten the load. Get someone you know into mtn. biking on a decent bike for a low price.

So...........

2004 Specialized FSR-XC, medium.

- Very good condition.
- Bought brand new last summer, one season of riding on it. Though, once I bought my big squish bike in June a month or two later, I pretty much abandoned the FSR. (Big squish, mmmm.) A couple mid-mountain rides, some Sundance resort days, little rides here and there.
- DISC BRAKES Upgraded from V-brakes (blech) to Hayes HFX-nines disc. 6" rotors, in good shape. My mom, when visiting, borrowed it and took a spill, cracked the display cover on one of the handlebars, but the brakes work great. http://www.mtbr.com/reviews/disc_bra...t_122107.shtml
- Lock ons. Got sick of the twisting of the stock grips, fixed that quickly.
- Alaska sticker

MSRP then was $1100, 2006 version going for $1200. If I sell it, I'm looking for around $700 OBO.

If anyone's interested, let me know.
