Hey, as long as you don't start posting those pics of us hanging out at Natty Dread's house when my cock was poking out of the top of my pants.

Oh, that's right, you were drunk, and asleep.

I just did some fuzzy math, and the recommended point for the 194s is 84.5 cm from the tail. Since the twin-tip is about 6cm long (from where the ski transitions from the flat to the twin-tip back), that would put the mounting point at 78.5cm, measured from the tail. So essentially dude mounted his back 1cm. Not too crazy at all.

    Thumbs up

    From my rep:
Mounting point is said to be 80.5cm (bootsole midmark) from the tail with the tape
measure following (pressed down) the tail.
If you do the math: 194/84.5 to 186/X, you get about 81.1 for X, but you've still got the same size tail/tip, so 80.5 sounds like the exact same mount point as the 194.

And oh yeah, I'm getting a pair, bitches.
    vapor lock - bitch.

ok...i have done random tests with other skis and well...it leads to nothing conclusive...

this is all aproximations and has no value whatsoever
with the different lengths i tried the same distance in the front then in the back to all the different lenghts but are mostly approximation

    i am far behind (2.0 2.5) from a 188 inspiried
    i am 1 cm behind a 183 gotama
i am 1.5 2.0 cm from a dynastar race stock
i am right behind a 189 pistol (really similar contact points)

but what make me know i did the right thing....

i am close to the line of a 190 explosive
i am right on the line of a 194 shanook (these two ski have exactly the same lenght of contact with the snow)

voila why my skis are mounted there. the (30/2) will vary if you have a longer boot sole lenght for example if its 324 well its (32.4/2) and it will affect by 1 cm where the ski is mounted.

but stop thinking about where you mount and go ride.

phUnk : are those rep promises ? you know how it works....
    shut up and ski
