    Thumbs up 2nd place going into the final day

    Well it's been a while since I posted here, mainly because I am not skiing quite yet, but my girlfriend just won the canadian free skiing comp(qualifier for world championships) here in whistler and placed 2nd today on Ruby Bowl for the World Championships. This is only her second competition ever. She came second in a comp out east a few years back. I have skiied with her a bunch and knew she was one of the best.
    Here is the good part.... I said if she finished in the top 3 today, I would put my skis on and ski down so I could see her tommrow in Diamond Bowl.
    This Post is to all of the unknown skiiers out there that don't enter comps, but if they did would open up some eyes.
    Look for her in the future.

    She had to save money just to enter the comp. The site does need a little touching up.
