careful ladies, the snow level is going to be very, very high to start out with, and gradually dropping over the next three days.

We could see rain, clear up to 10k to start out with. Overnight Tuesday into Wednesday looks best for snow, with a bit more on Wednesday during the day, then gradually clearing by Thursday night and Friday. But there's no way it's going to produce the 43" of snow forecast in the time period on that link Xover stuck above.

If it did, you'd need an ark to get up LCC; that would be almost 5 inches of water, which would make the SLC area look like the old Lake Bonneville for a few days.

Looks like we got away with it today. Tomorrow afternoon and Thursday early doors are going to be the shizzle. Snowbasin awaits. Anyone up tomorrow? Orange pants, TOM on back of helmet, black Burton, riding Mt Ogden, Strawberry shots and Demoisy drops.

I've got Thursday-Monday off and thinking about the same thing.. if it continues to look good, post a CO road trip thread, I think there might be some takers.
