Where did you see the Captain? Was he walking on water in giant pontoon shoes? Was he donned in the white get-up? Did you talk to him?

Sadly, it was in the pre-dawn Halogen glow of a Shoreline apartment-complex driveway. He had camo-print bags and a rather sprint-from-place-to-place disposition. He mentioned something about "killing Bie," but I think he was kidding. Still, there are a lot of lonely stretches bewteen here and Reno, so conceivably he could get away with it. You may want to check in with your man from time to time.
