Salomon's attempt to make an Ess Var binding. Too much plastic and the step-in for the heel will eventually fail. Don't buy unless dirt chep, if you do rip the bar or propulse system out.
It was designed to flex with the ski etc., didn't work too well, and was only made for 1 yr if I remember right.
Skiing, where my mind is even if my body isn't.
so your saying don't even bother and find a pair of regular
900s
I would recommend it. The binding is really a bit heavier than the normal one and is prone to failure. Your money is better spent on the regular one. Like I said if it's a screaming deal, ask that they be mounted without the bar.

It would also give you a huge lift somewhere around 20mm. So for a twin probably not practical.
I think they advertised these as an "interactive binding that would store the energy of your turn and then release it as you finish the turn" or something like that. Like Caddy says that these were very heavy and you don't see them being sold anymore. You should get a killer deal.
I have some propulse bindings on my 190 Olin Selkirks. I haven't had any problems at all, they work fine fo me. I've used them for about 4 years. I may not be as hard on them as many since I don't do much in the way of jumping. Never heard anything negative about them before, hardly ever see any others though.
In drove this drunken madman and stopped on a dime! Unfortunately the dime was in Mr. Rococo's pocket!
Also, they wre notorious for having snow build up under that bar, definately mount without the bar
I have a pair with propulse...what a fucking piece of garbage! The plastic parts fall off, the heal pins have fallen out, the brakes are fucked up...just worthless trash.
I got regular 900's instead
thanks for the usefull info
