This is what Greener fixed for me and several others at Gordy's camp.
Get a 1cm thick pad (like you'd use for lots of other bootfitting mods), cut to kindof the shape of a teardrop so there's a cutout curve going over the 6th toe section and then a big section going over the ball of your foot. Basically over the base of your toes. It's filling in space so your foot can't roll over inside your boots, which is what is causing the pressure on the 6th toe. Then bevel the edges so it's smooth and glue it onto the top of your boot liner. It worked really well.
