It like listening to right wing radio shows, its a way to get a laugh out of the absurdity of some of their arguments. I do like to listen or read conservatives view points, but it often hard to distiguish between out right lies and twisting of truth. However on rare occasions they will make a valid point.

Jesus, Just don't click on them if you hate them. Not hard to avoid, unless Dexter's standing behind you with a gun to your head.
I actually see it as a way to vent my frustrations without possibly getting the shit kicked outta me by some meathead with a differing opinion. I think people here feel comfortable enough with their weirdo online "friends" due to shared interests to maybe let their free flag fly (or dissenting voice be heard) without either social or physical repercussions.
And sometimes it just feels good to bitch.
