I will be down there with the Ms. She is competing, me rolling around on locked heels.

Beers are always good. PM me digits and we can hook up and I will make sure to cheer extra loud during your run.

We won't be competing, but my bro and I will be in town Friday night probably through Sunday afternoon, skiing Sat and Sun. Is it going to be too crowded due to the comp, or is it still a fairly small venue?

From past years, I am assuming that the headwall will be the qualifying venue and body bag will, most likely be the final venue. The headwall will be closed for the comp and body bag is permanently closed except for the comps. The crowds, if there are any, will be Spring Break jongs, not competitors(of which there will most likely be around 120). we don't do much skiing around during the comp. mostly just standing around getting cold and nervous. i don't think you have anything to worry about crowd-wise. pm me if you want to get together for a beer during the weekend. pce

    I think this means yes.

Wish I could make it - had a blast at the Alpine Meadows comp, but will be pretty far away come this weekend.

    Good luck telekoptero and reidskiho.

Hey Reidhresko- You know I'll be down there Thursday and Friday! I will be getting in on Wed night, but Thursday night would probably be the best time to hook up for a brewski or two. Sorry I cannot offer for you a place to stay, but the person I am staying with will not allow it. Anyway, give me a call Thursday! And we'll see if we can watch some of the comp on Friday and cheer all the maggots on!

Best of luck to you. Comps aren't hard enough on Alpine, may as well do it with cross country skis! Kill it. Ski your run blind - shit worked for Z.

Should we set a time and place in case TMobile decides to suck and my phone doesn't work? I am completely unfamiliar with the place, so am open to suggestions.

Word. See you there. Tan pants, red jacket, red helmet, maroon Explosives. The Ms. yellow pants, blue jacket , cranberry (her word, not mine) helmet, and CMH Exploders with G3s.

Body Bag is not a permanently closed area, can ski it anytime. Only permanently closed area is Hourglass (Bermuda Triangle), which they open for the comps.

I know my phone works at CB, in town, but not very well on the mountain. I will plan on seeing you guys at the bottom of Silver Queen at 9 on Thurs. I am not sure what I'll be wearing, but you'll probably be able to notice pink pants, or light blue pants.... and a dark (navy) blue helmet. I'll look for your orange jacket, John.... and your red jacket, Mr. Telechuck, and yellow/blue outfit, Mrs. Telechuck
