Should make for a more interesting, "The Jeremy Nobis Chronicles". With a former DWI, and I'm not a lawyer, but he will probably be doing prison time.

I hear ya man, I said it was a BAD decision. Plus not his first drunken outrage in Park City...

What I meant by F-Cops was, I can defintely see them fabricating some of the facts and using excess force. Again totally his wrong...

he'll definitely get some time with this second DUI and evading the police will probably get him more. hope he's hiring on Johny Cochrain to the team.

Dude should have been wearing his Hestras. Their "dexterous as fuck" nature would have prevented him from losing control of his SUV and he would have gotten away.

    Considering he was
    A: Drunk driving (fucking stupid)
B: Tried running from the cops (sup retard?)
C: Was a danger to the public (woulda been THRILLING if he hit someone's kid)

Pretty fucking hard to make that shit up, and if this is a repeat performance of his inability to control himself drunk, he's in for a shit sandwich from the state.

I think anything they throw at him is appropriate, and your thoughts on this thread are infact biased and should just as I said, get the fuck out.

Fleeing on foot is a Class A misdemeanor in Utah.
Vehicle I'm gonna guess must be a felony.

The guy is a skiing legend in a ski dependant town. I will not be surprised if he gets nothing more than a "slap on the wrist". ...even if he is a repeat offender. You know, two year license suspension + community service at Deer Valley.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Hopefully there is videotape. Should make for a cool sequence in the next TGR opus. I wonder if "Do you know who I am?" was ever uttered.

He'd have to be drunk to hire a dead guy.

In this case F. Lee Bailey isn't going to get him off. Evading the cops in a DUI situation is a guaranteed loss. The only thing his lawyer can do at this point is mitigate the punishment.

Oh boy, you have a lot to learn about the law, especially in a place like Utah.

Dunno 'bout 'Johny Cochran', but it might be kinda hard to get Johnnie Cochran to do his famous Wookie Defense.
