    On the menu tonight ...

Spinach salad with fresh raspberries and candied pecans. Scoober's making penne with a parma rosa sauce, mushrooms, red peppers and sausage. Plus ... he made his first cake ever! My favorite: yellow with chocolate frosting and mini M&M's on top.

Guess it's a good thing I fasted today.

What's everyone else having for dinner?

Had a nice supper, all things considered. (Stupid Diet)

    Assorted Cheeses
    Grilled Flounder
Wild Rice Pilaf for the rest of the Fam.
Mixed Spring Greens Salad w/toasted Pine Nuts, Grape Tomatoes, Avocado, Red Pepper, and Hearts-of-Palm. Girard's Champagne Dressing.

Also had a lovely 2004 Brancott Pinot Noir (New Zealand) with the meal, since the Frau prefers Red Wine.

Your meal sounds good! I need to get back on the high fiber/low fat, as I'm the matron of honor in my friend's wedding in September. Must ... look ... decent!

I had some aged gouda and st. andre cheese, followed by seared sushi grade tuna with snow peas, brown rice and then cantelope sorbet with rasberries and blueberries.
Damn, my wife is a good cook.
    My kids had fish sticks.
    YUMMY.

I wish, but right now, they only eat food that contains trans fats.
