    Here:

To the honorable judges of [ ]:

    1. 326mm.

    2. Probably Sanouks, but if it <6" overnight or if seems like it will be cut up (whole mtn open Friday) I'm think about LPs .

Why would you ask such leading questions?

Sun - will be there... maybe w/ kids in tow...
    Go to AM.

Just got the free pass for the morning from the Mrs. She rocks!! Just got this email without even bring up the matter:

    >>>>
Just a reminder to us that J#### is signed up for a ski lesson on Saturday at 10:00 am with A#### (redheaded girl). I arranged with her mom to meet them in the kid area at 9:45 to get the kids geared up and head down to the ski school.

Probably makes the most sense for me to stay with the sitter and girls until J#### goes to her lesson, meet up with you and then head back in to pick her up at 10:30 and feed M######. Then we should be able to be out to ski until at least 2 or so before M would need more nursing.

Just curious if your Mantras are getting lonely.

You thinking about a pair? 184?

It has been mostly the Mantra or Sanouks lately. That why I'm thinking about skiing the LPs Saturday or Sun. Haven't had the LP out in pow of any depth yet. (bought them for crud and corn)

If you are thinking about the Mantra, stop and buy them. very fun. I really like them as an everyday/all mtn ski.

Or you could hold out for next year's AC4. Hand flexed one at Cali Ski in Berkeley yesterday. (Also, hand flexed same size of this year.) Noticeably stiffer. More of a direct replacement for your G4s. I'll thinking about a pair for next year...

BTW:I got my Dad's 170s in the garage also... Not a good pow size, but fun all-mtn size. slightly smaller boot..

Umm, I think Irul was angling to borrow StormDay's. Maybe I misread him.

I think by giving the info, I was indicating that I would be ok with a few laps...

But, you probably "need" more skis.

I saw some sweet 04/05 Gotamas(183 & 176) at Cali Ski in Berkeley today.

I'll be there Saturday morning. Since I broke my powder board I'll most likely be on skis. The 210 racing snowboard just doesn't turn fast enough in the powder and the 180 will likely submarine on me.

If AlpineDad doesn't show, I may be riding his Bro's. Otherwise I'll have to find some demos somewhere. See you at the Summit Chair at 9. I'll be on radio 20-4. No kids this weekend! Map reading might be in order. Hmm.

Will be in the lineup Friday for sure. Not sure about Saturday. What the hell are you all going to be wearing so I can ask for my change with at least a little Chance of getting some. I will be in my same old blue NF jacket and grey gyro helmet.

    Kona12:

    on sat/sun:

Look for black Sanouks, blue Marmot jacket, Kryptons and silver giro helmet.

I'll be luck to hit lineup by 8:45. if I'm running too late I'll hit roundhouse first.

OHC: cruise by kids' area or call my mobile on sat morning.

edit: after 11am on Sat probably be sking w/ my wife: small (5'2"), Phat Luv, green Marmot jacket, technica Flames (blue/white women's boot) and white giro helmet.

    Oh, yeah.

Will be Tahoe-bound for Sat. morning. Almost certainly heading to Alpine, so Irul, maybe we'll have another one as fine as last week. Would be a pleasure to find the rest o' you maggots and make some laps as well.

ME: Nondescript except for the ugliest bright red helmet you ever did see. Doubleplusgood cuz' I've got matching red goggles. Quite a sight.

Irul; you'll have the Explosiv's again (when not stealing other maggots' Mantras)? Will scope out the usual spots for ya.

    Looking forward to it,

    Shawn

Back up in the air for tomorrow... may do a bc mission instead. Probably Alpine on Saturday with the gf, both teleing super-fat wood skis (me on swallowtail Capitals, her on Karhu PFDs, or maybe Jaks).

    Me:

Radio channel 20-4. Mustard colored Marker jacket, Gray K2 Helmet and Dark Gray Descente Pants. Some sort of fat skis that don't belong to me. If I strike out on fat skis, I'll be on a 180cm racing snowboard with hard boots. It looks like a really fat ski. In fact, I could strap on two of them and probably rip pretty well.

    Name's Randy.

Here. I look something like this only with dark pants and different goggles.
