Allograft (cadaver graft) Revascularization
I remember having this discussion in a thread earlier where someone's surgeon told them that allografts revascularize after a year or so. Most of us didn't believe it, and Vin found a study that supported the claim.
But better yet - I have photographic proof! 
Here's my allograft ACL about 18 months post-op:

Looks pretty alive to me!
Anyway - just thought that it was pretty cool to see what it looks like later on. I should try to find the original pictures from when he put it in - it was just a white, dead looking, stringy tendon. Looks 1000 times healthier now.
