I have pair of the 04/05 Gotama 190 with Marker bindings. There was no FS mount position written on the ski that year so they are set at the factory suggested FR position. Problem is, I bought the ski when I was lighter, less aggressive and unaware of Marker's pre-release problem. I have a pair of Rossi's in a higher DIN hanging about and would love to remount the skis. Can I do this without having the holes too close? Can I move the mount up a few CM (closer to the new FS mount) without loosing too much float? Should I forget about it and get new skis?

Use the search function, but it seems as though plenty of people have mounted 1-2 cms up from the factory line and been happy with the results.
