I flew direct from Hartford to SLC on Delta twice this year and both tickets ended up between $300-$350 after taxes and everything. I think if I'd booked at a different time, it would have been cheaper.

However, the check in people in Hartford are pretty gat. If you go through there, take a copy of Delta's baggage policies with you.

When I think "Delta Service", I know I've got a dirty mind.

Because they weren't direct and they were the same price for a round trip.

So does Hartford, but whatever. was just wondering what the options were. I prefer Delta from Dulles (I live in DC) but will fly Southwest from Baltimore if it's cheaper. The nice thing is they have nonstops to SLC from BWI, so there is a viable option for Delta.

Yeah, I was with a friend though, and to throw a sky cap my bag while he was dropping me off would be to admit being a pussy. And I couldn't have that.

Damn, and I've always thrown 'em a ten.

and how many times before have I given people that advice and they are either too stupid or too cheap to take it?

In my defense, I never knew that sky caps would take care of anything, I just thought they would carry my bag to the point where I stood in line for eternity behind families of screaming children.

From now on, I will use skycaps. Once again, this board proves useful in ways far beyond simple procrastination.
