    Son of a....

Had a long and thought out TR written up for my trip to Utah over New Years and fucking Zone Alarm locked the connection on me.

Oh well. We had a snowboarder in tow, so Alta was out of the question. We skied 4 days a Snowbird and 2 at Solitude and were able to find untracked each and every day. Face shots galore were had, and much choking on powder ocurred. The final snow total for our trip was upwards of 70-80 inches, maybe more...absolutely incredible!

Unfortunately, we never ran into any mags/minions. The first couple of days, I asked for change to the point that it got embarrasing, so I simply started looking for friendly stickers.

I'd like to go ahead and thank Ullr for what was by far the best week of skiing I've ever had in my life. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to ski unless there is at least 8 inches of fresh powder on the ground.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

Amen, I'm getting jaded living here and being able to pick my days.

If you're ever at Snowbird again, PM me. That's where I ride, and am always looking for folks to go with. Much more fun to push yourself when you're with others.

I knew you'd be there, Jay. I asked a couple of boarders for change, and got the usual wierded out look/reply. I almost yelled out "yo Frizzo" at a guy that I thought might be you, but he was way ahead in line, so I refrained.

I'm going to try to get my hands on a laptop next time I go out there so I can get a hold of you guys.

hehe. You know you've spend too much time here if you forget about other lines of communication.

Yeah, I carry my cell with me up there to call old work buddies and make fun of them while I eat my PB&J.

And thanks so much for the call, fellow Mountaineer. I could have and would have rode with you, but I had no idea you were out here.

    Next time let us know!!!

Buzz, I posted a message asking you to PM your info, but I guess you didn't see it.

We weren't sure where we were going to end up until we got to Boulder. Next time I'll plan better though, sorry mang.
