Skiing with an inner thigh strain...

Compared to all the injuries on this board I feel like a whiner posting about this.

Saturday while doing the seated leg curl I strained my inner thigh
muscle. It wasn't hurting to bad and it was on the inner thigh right above the knee. I stopped lifting after I felt the pain but it wasn't bad at all. On Sunday I took my kickboxing class again and I was fine, last night was another story. The strain seems to be higher on my inner thigh and it hurts to even walk up the stairs. I'm skiing Sunday come hell or high water, I've been icing it and trying to not do much of anything. Anyone else skied on
pulled or strained muscles??? Did wrapping it help??? Any suggestions on how
to help this heal in 3 days??? Kidding I know it will take at least two weeks
    but I am desperate.

    ice first 3 days only

after that move to heat for general treatment and ice after activity
very gentle stretching ( it should not be painful)

wrapping it with a wide ace wrap or neoprene sleeve wil help
fighting gravity on a daily basis
