I was at Keystone today... not so hot. It dumped for about 20 minutes this morning, and I ended up leaving around 12:30. It was overcast when I left, but it looked like Copper/Vail/BC was getting the snow. I don't know if it'll be worthwhile tomorrow unless there's a decent dump tonight- but that's not really in the forecast. Otherwise, it'll be groomers-with-the-girlfriend day.

Funken- I would love to... but my parents are flying in tomorrow night so I have to be back here in Denver at a reasonable hour. Damn... if I knew it would be an easy drive, I'd be all over it. Damn damn damn.

With 40-60" of snow in the last four days, they might not be skiing at all.

I couldn't find "Undisclosed locations" anywhere on that trail map for BC. That area sounds sweet, though.

Peak 10 and E chair were pretty nice today at Breck. Crust layer was buried in most places (except exposed areas that were stripped by wind).

Place was also pretty empty. Will be a different story tomorrow though.

Breck was pretty scraped out today, was clear and cold all day, but started snowing around 3 in the afternoon pretty good.

    Heading somewhere solo tomorrow.

We found a shaded spot in Summit today where a crust never formed during the heat wave. Got close to 2K of untracked boot top to knee deep goodness.

Two 3,500 ft cab runs on 18" of light fluff over domed over crust. Good coverage all the way to the valley floor.
Aspen is starting to get skied in, but still pretty firm underneath.
