    probably took so long to get them b/c he was on the shitter

    it's strange that they've sent me the same offer, because i was getting a free subscription through some link that someone here had posted. $2 is more than i had been paying, but i figure that i need to keep current on how tanner is doing in "jibbardy". just got the confirmation message at approx. 9pm a.s.t. (acostiga standard time)

    Everyone got the email that is signed up in their database. You signed up for the database when you signed up for the free subscription. That's why they gave you a free subscription, to pad their circulation numbers and so they can spam the hell out of you.

    I'm guessing this is not going to be held to the first 200 people, i'm sure they just said that to get people to sign up when they get the email. Magazines make money on selling ads. They can sell the ads for more money when their circulation is higher.
