WTB hardtail frame/fork for SS project

16" to 20", cheap, thats about it really.

I have a bunch of parts around and want to build up another SS for a friend, Have wheels, cranks/BB, brakes, etc. Just need a frame/fork/headset.
I can buy the bits that the bike doesn't have

Free is good but I will buy it too or trade for shit I have, but as this is a parts project cheap is good, Old school is just fine (better?) just no walmart frames please ....

If your going to run disc brakes on the DISS, the rear break attachment is suck. You have to loosen the brake up to remove your wheel and then re-adjust/tighten it when the wheel goes back in.

19.5 c - t I'll try to get a picture up of it tomorrow, steel, primer grey, missing some, paint disc only, dent in the top tube, not too big though. Disc brake adjustment via slotted mounts rather than an eccentric. Some like the disc setup some don't.
