really just wanting some thoughts and feedback on Fernie BC - we have just bought a house out there and are interested in renting it out while we are not using it ourselves...http://www.fernieholidayhome.com
Is this the type of thing people are looking for, or do people prefer hotels?
Which location is preferred - Up the mountain in the resort or in Downtown Fernie?
any advice or comments would be appreciated
